ONE-DAY
$75.00 per day up to four people*
Provides complete reservation service for one day’ and one night in Santa Fe.
This fee level also provides unlimited pre-trip consultations, recommendations
and planning for the day you have contracted. You also may call for assistance
during your entire stay in Santa Fe.
TWO-DAY PACKAGE
$125.00 up to four people*
Provides complete reservation
service for restaurants, concerts, day-trips, special tours and more for
two days and two nights in Santa Fe. This level also provides unlimited
pre-trip consultations, recommendations and planning for the days you have
contracted. You also may call for assistance during your entire stay in Santa
Fe. Extra days billed at $50.00.
THREE-DAY PACKAGE
$150.00 up to four people*
Provides complete reservation
service for restaurants, concerts, day-trips, special tours and more for
three days’ and three night in Santa Fe. This level also provides unlimited
pre-trip consultations, recommendations and planning for the days you have
contracted. You also may call for assistance during your entire stay in Santa
Fe.
FIVE-DAY PACKAGE
$195.00 up to four people*
Provides complete reservation
service for restaurants, concerts, day-trips, special tours and more for
five days and five nights in Santa Fe. This fee level also provides unlimited
pre-trip consultations, recommendations and planning for the days you have
contracted for. You also may call assistance information during your entire
stay in Santa Fe. Extra day billed at $35.00.
SEVEN-DAY PACKAGE
$225.00 up to four people*
Provides complete reservation
service for restaurants, concerts, day-trips, special tours and more for
seven days’ and seven nights in Santa Fe. This fee level also provides
unlimited pre-trip consultations, recommendations and planning for the days you
have contracted. You also may call for assistance during your entire stay in
Santa Fe. Extra days billed at $25.00.
HOURLY RATE
Our hourly rate is $55.00; we bill
in 15 minute increments.
If you require our services for a longer period,
please let us know and we will provide you with the rate applicable to that
time period. We can personalize our services to fit your personal needs. Hourly
rate dependent on the service. Our guide fees on personalized tours are charged
from pick-up to drop-off.
We do not receive commissions from service providers for our travel-planning
clients. There is a perception when commissions are involved, that
recommendations may be made based on that factor. We do not want our clients to
feel that we recommend places because we get commissions, therefore, we do not
accept money from anyone we send a trip-planning client to. We charge you, the
client, for our services. While we do get some perks from businesses around
town, a free meal here or a free night there, this does not affect our
recommendations. If a place is not up to our standards, we will not
recommend it, pure and simple. If a business is not giving the service we
expect for our clients we will not refer to them. You can be comfortable
knowing that we are recommending something or someone because we know they do a
great job. Because of relationships we have developed with businesses and
services over the years, we can frequently get better pricing than you will get
