About Us
The Santa Fe Traveler was started by
former concierge Billie Frank and hospitality veteran, Steve Collins to
give visitors to Santa Fe an experience designed specifically for them.
Everyone has different tastes, expectations and requirements for their ideal
visit to The City Different. With that in mind, we will design your
special experience.
Billie Frank was a concierge at two of
Santa Fe's finest hotels for four years and has a background of over
twenty-five years in sales, marketing and customer service.
Steve Collins has a varied background
including personal chef, executive chef at a small inn and cafe owner. He
is also an award-winning cookbook writer and a columnist for National
Barbecue News. He worked in guest services at the Inn of
the Five Graces in Santa Fe, a member of the Relais and Chateax collection, for three years.
